Manage the communication infrastructure for active cohorts, including setting up Google Groups, creating Google Chat community spaces, and administering the LMS.
Accurately verify eligibility, generate, log, and distribute course completion certificates to successful graduates.
Support strategic growth and funding initiatives by compiling operational metrics, capturing student testimonials, and assisting leadership with grant or pilot project proposals.
